Evidence-based cannabis education

Understand cannabis.
Use it more safely,
or stop for good.

Know what it does, use it more safely, take a break, or stop for good. It's honest and evidence-graded, with no preaching and no scare tactics, wherever you are.

What this is

Independent, evidence-based cannabis education and harm reduction. We don't sell cannabis, promote it, or tell you where to buy it or how to get it. We help you understand it, use it more safely, cut down, or stop for good.

Cannabis, Explained

The whole picture in one place: what it is, what it does, the risks, using it sensibly, and stepping back if you want to.

02
Reference

The Plant

What cannabis is, what's in it, how it's used, and what it does to you, short-term and long.

03
Practical

Harm Reduction

Safer use, moderation, and honest self-checks for when it starts to become a problem.

04
Toolkit

Quitting

What withdrawal feels like, day by day, and a practical toolkit to get you through it.

05
Plain English

The Law

UK cannabis law without the jargon. Possession, supply, cautions, drug-driving, medical.

Don't just read it. Put the numbers on it.

Quick, private tools that turn the evidence into something you can use. Nothing saved, nothing sent anywhere.

How we grade the evidence

Not all evidence is equal, so we never pretend it is. Every claim on this site carries a strength badge you can tap to see the research behind it.

Strong

Backed by large, well-designed studies or clinical trials that broadly agree.

Mixed

Real evidence on both sides, or findings that don't yet settle the question.

Thin

Limited, low-quality or mostly anecdotal. Worth knowing, worth doubting.

If you're going to use, here are the facts. If you want to stop, here's the help.

No preaching, no scare tactics. Using in moderation is a choice adults are entitled to make, and if that's you, you deserve straight evidence instead of a lecture. If you'd rather cut down or quit, there's a full, practical toolkit here for that too. Both sit side by side, and that's the whole model of the site.
